A scarce medal, constructed of bronze, in the shape of a Calatrava Cross around a circular centre that on the obverse shows Icarus in flight over a bright sun with the emblem of the Spanish Falange, the reverse presents an eagle holding the coat of arms of Ciudad Real, superimposed over the emblems of the Spanish Falange and a wreathed swastika, on loop for suspension from period replacement ribbon,
